Aprille C. Barker is an independent paralegal contractor with Ambrogi Law Office in Manchester, New Hampshire. She is a dedicated legal professional with over a decade of hands-on litigation experience in drafting legal documents and contracts, ability to prioritize and multi-task ongoing caseloads, and exceptional attention to accuracy and detail. Ms. Barker combines strong analytical skills with a talent for creative problem solving, strengthened by a deep academic foundation in industrial organizational psychology. She is adept at leveraging new and changing technology. Ms. Barker is recognized for optimizing processes, leading multidisciplinary teams and cultivating professional relationships. She is eager to leverage a background of legal acumen and organizational strategy as a patent paralegal.

Mary C. Huff is a partner with Blankingship & Keith, PC. She primarily practices domestic relations, but also general civil litigation in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Huff utilizes a client-centric approach and focuses on assisting clients to obtain solutions for their unique family law situations. She practices in all areas of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, modification actions, termination actions, appeals, protective orders, retirement orders, and the drafting and negotiation of various agreements, including prenuptial agreements or premarital agreements. Ms. Huff is comfortable resolving matters through all legal avenues to deliver the right results for her clients. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. Continually recognized by her peers, Ms. Huff has been named a Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star and a District of Columbia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020, 2019, 2017 and 2016. She is an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Association, currently serving as the Family Law Section Co-Chair and a moderator of continuing legal education seminars. Ms. Huff previously served as a director of the Young Lawyers Section, volunteer coordinator for the annual Fairfax Law Foundation 5K Race, chair of the 2019 Color of Justice Program and as a mentor for the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center. She is also a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Ms. Huff is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law and the University of North Carolina, holding Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and political science.

Hon. Jeanette A. Irby is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.

T. Kevin Knight is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Kerie S. Trindle Byrne , PP, PLS-SC has been a legal professional for over 25 years and has worked in many different capacities in the law firm environment, including file clerk, legal secretary, office manager, administrative assistant, and paralegal. She has previously spoken on ethics and other topics at the webinar entitled, "A Paralegal's Guide to Discovery in Divorce". Through determination, hard work and on-the-job training, Ms. Trindle Byrne gained the background knowledge and skills to perform as a legal support professional. Believing education to reinforce her skills was important, she attended Phoenix College and earned her Associate of Arts Degree in paralegal studies, obtained her PP and PLS certifications from NALS, and her specialty certificate (SC) in family law from NALS. Ms. Trindle Byrne has practiced many areas of law and has worked as a family law paralegal with David N. Horowitz of Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC for the last 18 years. She believes her communication skills, creativity, intuition and innovation make her an effective leader.
